Q. How long does coaching last?

A. The duration of an executive coaching relationship depends on the specific needs and goals of the client. Full Life offers six- and twelve-month coaching packages. Keynotes, seminars and team coaching packages are provided on an as-needed basis and customized to suit client needs.

Q. Where does executive coaching take place?

A. This also varies depending on the client’s needs. We can meet with clients in person in our Chicago home office or on-site at the client’s place of business. We also provide video coaching through Skype, or a combination of methods. Keynotes, seminars and team coaching are generally provided on-site or as part of an off-site special event.

Q. What are the costs associated with executive coaching?

A. Working with an executive coach requires a financial commitment, usually provided by the executive himself or herself or by the company, along with a personal commitment of time and energy.
